Symbian smartphone: Opera crashes Ubuntu 8.1

Opera crashes Ubuntu 8.1
Often times when I start a download and a small window appears where I want to save, then I click on "Save" and download the small window is "white" and the program stops responding.

Can anyone tell me the reason why??

Could it be that your anti-virus must have blocked it?

Have you ever
a) remove the cache?
b) the contents of the ".opera/cache4/temporary_download" folder manually deleted?

You can also with "opera - pd ~ / test profile" Opera with an empty profile folder. If the problem is there does not appear, the problem lies in your Opera folder.

I have now noticed that even with an apparently higher overall load on the system.

Does it happens because I have in Debian / etch with Opera icon, in the top panel can be inserted so that it is running as root?
Is it just normal, I get an error with the Pluginwrapper.
And after the installation of the. Deb package, I had no "shortcut" under "Applications -> Internet" can be found, such as Ubuntu is done automatically.

Is it still crashing? Opera has Ubuntu (and possibly other GNU / Linux distros) often problems with Flash content and because the process "operapluginwrapper" temporary bless

if your trying to edit contacts in yahoo/messenger you will get error message 40402 - you have to edit them in yahoo mail address book first
