How to increase download manager speed ?
Hey, How can i increase the download speed of my download manager? i'm using the internet download manager , and i also use the flash get, i need some tips to increase the download speed, when i downloads torrents speed gets too much low and even the download gets start too much late. Please suggest me few good tips and information about this. Please. Thanks in advance.

Maximum servers limits the bandwidth for each connect. For example a server restricts the transfer speed to 32 KBps. The normal download speed by using browser would be 32 KBps or less, even if your connection speed is 256 KBps. A Download Manager will downloads parts of the file using separate connections with each connection at 32 KBps speed to get maximum speed. Once all the parts of the file is downloaded, the download manager will join/restore them again. Download Managers will only be useful if the server allows multiple connections from an IP Address. Rapidshare for free users only allows one connection to be made from an IP Address. Selecting a better mirror/server might increase the download speed a little bit.

Download managers are of no use at all, you'll not get anything that you expect ,Uninstall them. In real download spped is determine by the speed of your internet connection and the speed of the website or computer you're downloading from. Go to speedtest.net and see what speeds you can get.
