I have been playing on this and i am enjoying it as well but i am not sure if it is the best one so if you want you can at least try it out and find it out yourself:
System Settings > Game Speed = 2
Personal Data > Data 1 > Change Cursor = Semi Assisted
Personal Data > Data 1 > Button Configuration =auto
Personal Data > Data 1 > Player Assistance > Pass, shoot, clear, auto sliding to on.
Match Menu -> General Settings > Match Level > Regular

You can try this out it is one of the best i will say:
System Settings > Game Speed = 0
Personal Data > Data 1 > Change Cursor = Semi Assisted
Personal Data > Data 1 > Button Configuration =manual
Personal Data > Data 1 > Player Assistance > Pass, shoot, clear, auto sliding to off.
Match Menu > General Settings > Match Level > Regular

I dont think that playing on System Settings -> Game Speed = 2 is a good choice what i will suggest you is to keep the game speed to "0" and that's also the default speed in order to play online where you cannot change the speed,so it will be really good if you start withe the game speed of "0" which will also train you a bit later to play online as well and trust me keeping the game speed "0" has been preferred more by a no of user at the start.

The below setting will give you a realistic experience:
Difficulty: Top Player
Controller settings:
Assistance - Place assistance on full
Cursor: Semi Assisted
Game Settings:
Speed: - 2
You can switch to the above setting after getting your hold on the default setting.

I will suggest you to have the game speed-0 and keep the passing to assisted because i have experienced that the Manual is a better option for long run but if you are on a new start then you should keep it assisted in order to get comfortable and get your hold on the game and even for the ball control choose assisted and once you get the feel that you are doing well than you can go for manual and try different setting as well. You can also check the tactics 1 in the team management part and also the other from game to game in order to experience the different feel of the game.Best of luck.

What i have found is that the when you dont turn them off then the cpu will help you for taking a shot at goal and more things like that but what i feel personally experienced that when I leave the clear one "on" then the cpu will hoof the ball from the area where i come under the pressure but i also think that this might be because i have not yet learned to play well.If the pass support bars are at zero than the game becomes harder with the power and the direction controls but you can really check out the different settings and choose the best one yourself.
