I don't use the Google Photos Screensaver to create custom feeds, i use the flicker for this purpose, but i think now i'll check Google Photos Screensaver also. You can use framechannel.com also for this purpose.

Not only, flicker and frame channel, there are myphoto, foxsaver , 23hq , pixagogo , smugmug also supports the photo feeds.
Suggestion for Feeds for Screensaver:
With the Local Folder selection, include the option to add a wildcard for specific files.
Add an option to keep each picture on the screen for a lot longer.
Auto rotate pictures based on Exit camera orientation information.
Add a spot to disable the text on the screen (File name and Nickname when using Picasa Web). This is quite disturbing when we try to show this after school hours on all the TVs in the building.
Random function! Add options to display photos in random order, otherwise the screen saver is always exactly the same and therefore quite boring...
Add the screensaver to Google Pack also for all other languages.
When a photo is edited or removed from the feed, make it so that the screensaver updates accordingly.
When displaying local pictures, display file name (upper-left, lower-left) and be able to turn this off.

The best option is Picasa web Albums. There are loads of cool pictures there and is a nice alternative to Flickr's explore section.
You can use following feed in 'RSS Feeds' by adding the following URL to your list:
Code:
http://picasaweb.google.com/data/fee...ublic&hl=en_US
