Template sponsorship request
I would like to use some templates on my website for sponsors ads. So I am in search of some free (may be available online) template for sponsorship request. Is it available somewhere? Can you help me to get the same? Also it would be better if it would be colorful.

Key things to be added in the template:

1. Overview: One or two sentences describing the sponsorship deal.
2. Background: Information on the organisation and its history
3. Details about the event: Such as Dates, time and location; how many people will be attending the event; where do they belong, who is going to manage the event, sponsors list
4. Media coverage information, new networking opportunities, etc.

Some guidelines that should be carried of during sponsorship template creation:
Select a company that has some relevance to your team.
Do some research on the company by finding what they do, their market strategy, their market holdings and status, and who all are managing the company.
Choose some company who can help you to achieve your target.
Be confident and professional on your work. Be specific and don't exaggerate yourself.
Help the sponsor to feel involved and give respect to him by informing every activity of your progress.

Template sponsorships are an inexpensive way to gain backlinks to your website. The sponsor will buy a sponsorship package, and their link will be added to the template. The sponsor wins by gaining links to their website, the user wins by getting a web template for free. Sponsorships are non-intrusive and usually placed at the bottom of the template.
