Sniper Elite V2 is laggy and very slow on pc
Hello everyone I have installed demo game and played without any issue but recently I have installed the full version game and after that I have found stutter/lag and slow while playing this game. I have found this issue while enemies are shooting at me. Now I able to play multiplayer mode and single player mode because on both I am getting this issue. So an anyone suggest me how to get rid laggy and slow issue of this game. Thanks in advance..
Below are my system specs:
GPU: EVGA GTX 560ti factory superclocked
CPU: Intel i5 2500K (NOT overclocked)
Ram: 8 gigs

There are lots of reasons for lagging and slow working; you may get this issue due to Virus, corrupt registry entry, game file corrupted so therefore as primary solution I would like to suggest you can your system with good antivirus and after that use some third party registry cleaner software like Ccleaner on your system to remove all corrupted registry entries. Once you complete with this and after that start your game. If this doesn’t solve your issue then I think your game file corrupted and so therefore your getting this issue. Hope this helps you…

Hello even I have faced the same issue and I have found I am getting this issue due to lots of programs running in background. So therefore make sure you not running lots of program while playing this game. If you’re playing this game with the lots of process or programming you may get this issue and to solve this issue you need to run clean boot on your system. To perform clean boot you can go through these steps: first make click on the start icon and after that click on the run. Now on the run type: msconfig and after that click on the ok button. Now you will get the system configuration utility windows and under that go to general tab and then make click on Selective startup radio button and under that make check mark on Load startup items check box. Now go to service tab and then select the Hide all Microsoft services check box, after that click on the disable all button. Now once you done with all above steps, then save the setting. While doing this you will get confirmation to restart the system, just click on ok button.

Hello thanks for the replies and I have tried the all steps but nothing helped me to solve mine issue and now I also I am facing the same issue. I have scanned my system with MSI and after that installed Ccleaner software to clean all corrupted registry entry but nothing helped me. I have also reinstalled this game to solve this issue but getting the same think. So can anyone suggest me how to get rid this please…

Hello I am facing the same issue, my Sniper Elite V2 Crashes, Freezes, or Black Screen after Intro Video and due to this I am not able to play this game. I have tried the all above things but not getting solved my issue. I have tried reinstall the game and tried lots of other solution to solve this issue. Every time my game crashing or freezing after intro video. I have tried run this game as compatible mode and as administrator but nothing helped me. I think I am not able to play this game because no one is to solve my issue. Please help me on this…

Here I would like to suggest you some possible solution to solve Sniper Elite V2 Crashes, Freezes, or Black Screen issue and I hope this help you to solve your issue:
First of all try to launch the game with Novid added to launch options of Steam
Second verify the game cache because if your game files corrupted then you can solve through verifying game cache. To verify game cache you need go these steps: first of all Load Steam and after that make right click on Sniper Elite V2 and after that select property. Now on Sniper Elite V2 properties go to local tab and after that click the Verify integrity of game cache button. This process will take some time to complete and once you completed process restart the game again.
Solution 3: Disable or turn off your antivirus programs or add Sniper Elite V2.exe to your antivirus or firewall exceptions list.
Solution 4: try these steps and then let me know: Exit steam completely, now create new folder in drive where you have installed steam and then copy paste all the steam folder to new folder. After completing copying files and folder just go to control panel and after that uninstall steam and then go to official website of steam to install steam again. Now download and install steam and then Double click on steam program, wait for download to begin once you finish downloading all, then Copy steam\steamapps\common\The First Templar to the new \common\The First Templar folder overwrite all, once you done with this and after that Click on Sniper Elite V2, let it “download” and while doing this steam will check the existing files.
Solution 5: your game have corrupted dll file and so therefore your getting this issue and so I would like to suggest you to go to \Steam\steamapps\common\ Sniper Elite V2 \ Sniper Elite V2 \bin and now here remove the all bin_old folder or rename the bin_old. Once yuou done and then just Verify your game cache from above given steps and after that restart the game.
Solution 6: if above all solution not working to solve you issue and then I would like to suggest you to reinstall the game on your system and after that let me know the issue because if above all solution not working then you should have issue with the installing this game and try to reinstall this game.
