I saw that a new dlc for UEFA Euro 2012 tournament was available for FIFA 12 on Xbox live. The price that was mentioned was 1800 Microsoft Points. After I downloaded the dlc, I saw that season ticket holder can get 20% discount on this dlc which will make it of cost 1440 Microsoft Points instead of 1800 Microsoft points. I am a season ticket holder and I can provide details at any instance if demanded. So can I get my 360 Microsoft points back? Also it was nowhere mentioned that there is any discount for season ticket holders, so I think that I must get my 360 Microsoft points back.

Actually you need to mention it before hand that you are a season ticket holder to claim the freebies, discounts and get advantages offers. I can’t assure you if you will get your Microsoft points back, but you can mail your problem and details to Xbox Live or any other organization in charge of managing the Microsoft Points and products or offers redeemed using them.
