Got quick question about doing a credit card charge backs with paypal. I just got scammed by selling an account (he recalled the account) and need to know about Paypal chargeback what is actual cases for it ?

My advice is never use Paypal try something else than PAYPAL. Nochex is secure and you cannot chargebacks. Without reason your account wont freeze .I had a dispute with a seller who has turned to my advantage. This seller had opted out after the sale to EBay, I do not know it was Paypal......

For a long time, I buy on eBay with PayPal being very care that PayPal ensures good amount. I just found out through forums that PayPal is the most time to call chargeback offered by Visa that allows to recover money on behalf of the seller if he can not prove the shipment.well I had 2 cases each time perfectly solved by PayPal since have recovered the full amount so no complaints from that side.
