Outlook 2003 sending email using the wrong account
I'm using several different email accounts and i had configured Outlook 2003 in order to handle all of them. One of them, of course, is the "default" account. Now the problem is that when i try to send any mail using that account, it sends the mail using another mail account. Can any body tell me that why i'm having such problem on my pc? Why my mails are not been sent through my "default" account? Does any body knows about it? Kindly provide me the correct solution for the above issue.

When you are composing a new mail, then you can see an "Account" button on the toolbar above the message header. At time you need to click on it and then select the account that you want to use it while sending an email.

I think Outlook automatically sends an email account marked as 'default' or in the case of a reply, from the receiving email address/account. For that the quickest way is to deal with an outgoing new mail seems to be to change on your default mail. That you cabn do it by going in to Tools-->Email accounts--> then selectand click on 'set as default'.

In order to get rid of the above issue, you need to check out your sending authorization configuration set for your default account. You need to change your configuration to "Use the same settings as my incoming mail server", which will definitely resolve your issue.
