Mass Effect 3 multiplayer demo crashing
Hello last night while playing Mass Effect 3 multiplayer demo my game freezing and I am getting the error message saying that:” Mass Effect 3 demo has stopped working." And I am not play multiplayer demo game. I have tried to complete the multiplayer demo but due to this issue I am not able to ply properly. I am able to start this game without any issue but while playing my game crashes randomly. I am using windows XP operating system with Avast antivirus on mine system.

I assume your host loses connection and so therefore your getting the issue, along with try the below steps and after that let em know the issue. Try disabling all needless software and application, antivirus; update your GPU drivers.

Hello I am getting the same problem and I have tried the lots of solution to solve this issue but nothing helped me to solve. I have got this on both SP and MP, I played several time to but mine game crashing after playing 5 minutes. I don’t what to do and how to solve this. Can anyone suggest on this issue.

I would like to suggest you to disabling Origin overlay on your system and after that make sure your getting the issue or not. To disabling Origin overlay you need to go through the below steps: first open the Origin and after that make click on the settings. Now on the Origin settings make click on the “activate origin in-game" check box under in-game. I have tried this and I have solved mine issue.

There is lots of issue to crashing and I think first you try to disable the antivirus on your system and then let me know the issue. Other than this makes sure you have updated the DirectX, VCredist 2005+2008+2010, and NET.Framework 3.5 and 4.0 on your system. Because to run this game properly you should latest version of above component on your system. NET. Framework 4.0 not installed automatically and you should install NET.Framework 4.0 manually. Try above steps and then you won’t face crashing issue.

I have seen lots of people facing the crashing issue and I think the IGO32.DLL file corrupted and so therefore you’re getting this issue. So I would like to suggest you to make sure you have IGO32.DLL file on Origin folder. You should have total 17 IGO32.DLL file in Origin and in case you don’t have IGO32.DLL then you should install on your system.

Make sure your system meet the game system requirement. If you system won’t meet the system requirement of the Mass effect 3 then you should upgrade the system as per the system requirement of the game:
Minimum system requirement of the Mass effect 3 is
Windows XP SP3 ,Vista SP1, Win 7 - OS
NVIDIA 7900 or better, ATI X1800 or better – video cards
1.8 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo - CPU
2GB for windows Vista/Win 7 and 1GB for window XP –RAM
15 GB - Hard disk space

Recommended requirement of the Mass effect 3 is
Windows XP SP3 ,Vista SP1, Win 7 – OS
ATI HD 4850 512 MB or higher, NVidia 9800 GT 512 MB or higher - video cards
2.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo – CPU
2GB for windows Vista/Win 7 and 1GB for window XP –RAM
15 GB - Hard disk space

If above all steps not working to solve your issue and then I would like to suggest you to repair game from Origin and after that go through your issue. To solve this issue you need to go through the below steps:
Load Origin
Choose Mass effect 3.
Right select on that.
Select on repair installation.
