Re: Import Maps in Google City Tours
Google launched a City Tours service that creates walking tours for you to important cities, this is a new feature that provide you to import maps. First you have to logging to your Google Account, and then you can go to importing page and choose your one of the maps. This feature will be more useful for if you can able to customize your tour by changing sights and defining constraints. This service will probably become a feature of Google Maps.

Re: Import Maps in Google City Tours
Now-a-days, City Tours do not provide you too many interesting services: it only shows famous sights and it says when you should visit them. You can change the information for a place and you can able add a new sights, but there are very few options are available. The company Google working on landmark recognition, a project which include images from the web with landmarks, and City Tours is an obvious application.
