You can manually remove Mirar Toolbar. To manually remove Mirar files, you need to perform the following tasks:
Delete Mirar processes
Delete Mirar registry keys and values
Unregister Mirar DLL files
Delete Mirar files

A Mirar uninstaller is available from the Mirar website which you should can run to uninstall Mirar.
If you are unable to remove Mirar using its uninstaller or Add/Remove Programs then I recommend you to use an adware removal tool such as XoftSpySE to safely remove it. Scan your system with XoftSpySE to ensure all of Mirar's components have been completely removed from your system.
Download XoftSpySE

Re: How to remove Mirar Toolbar ?
This is a browser hijacker and it is giving you all the pop ups.
Follow these steps -
In control panel, go to Add/Remove Programs
Look for Mirar and uninstall it.
Now, download the free version of Spyware Doctor, install it but dont run it yet.
Click on Start > select Run > type msconfig.
Click on the last tab and look for Mirar. If it is there, then uncheck it. (These are all programs that start up when you reboot you computer).
Hit Apply and then OK
It will ask to restart your computer, hit Yes.
When you come back online, do a full system scan and you will want to quarantine or delete Mirar.
Run the scan twice, and then reboot again.

Re: How to remove Mirar Toolbar ?
Most of the threads that I have found are very old. I could not find the registry keys or .dll files.
February 2010 I ran SpyBot. This is where it said it found the files and locations in the registry. The log notes are from before the files were removed.

Remove those files and the Mirar issues should be solved.
