Symbian smartphone: Hotmail will not open

Hotmail will not open
Every time i login Hotmail not open or load. so i can not access my mails anymore. And is this truely the problem or its issue with all for now? I have Norton Antivirus with full updates, but not showing any virus and all. Please help me . Thanks in advance

Which browser you using? Try cleaning the cookies?

First make sure hotmail.com listed under the "Trusted" zone.

(Click the "Trusted" icon, then the "Sites" button. If they're not listed, click "Add".)

For Hotmail, you've got to add *.hotmail.com, *.msn.com, *.passport.com, *.passport.net, *.passport.org, and *.live.com to the Trusted zone or "Hotmail" won't ever load.

May be Hotmail page stored in your Temporary Internet Files folder is corrupted. Clear this out by following :

START -> PROGRAMS -> ACCESSORIES -> SYSTEM TOOLS -> DISC CLEAN UP.
