google apps backup
Hi I a m rely on Gmail or Google Application for your mission-critical email then you know you have to take your own backups. Your can Gmail email can get deleted or lost and once it’s gone. This how to allow a simple process for painlessly keeping a backup of all your Gmail or Google Applications emails for a single account.

Re: google apps backup
You have to face if you use Google services like Gmail, Calendar, Docs and Spreadsheets, Reader, or Blogger, you've got a life's worth of data on Google's servers. Unless you backed up your all information locally, Google saves a the keys to your digital life and you can out of luck if and when Google loses or not acceptimg you access to that data. Otherwise than run screaming for the hills, a few instructions to back up your Google-hosted data can ensure that you are in control of your stuff and not the big G.

The one of the easy way to create a local backup of your Gmail account is pmay through POP access with a desktop email client. From itis is completely cross platform and comes with easy Gmail setup baked in, I'd recommend backing up your Gmail account with Thunderbird. If you don't like Thunderbird, you can also use any other desktop email client for POP backups.

You can back up Google Docs and Spreadsheets
If you have skipped on the online word processing and spreadsheets bandwagon, you've you have already got a much of docs on Google's servers . By default, backing up those files means you had need to download them one at a time, which is quite frankly a triky waste of time. Instead, Firefox users will return up all or select chunks of Google Docs and Spreadsheet files in many formats in one fell swoop using the Google Docs Download Greasemonkey script. This solution include a little change on your part , but the Google Docs Download script makes the process fairly painless.

Google Reader subscriptions can back up
When you can not to back up every item that's ever passed through your Google Reader, you can confirm that you have a backup of all of your feed subscriptions should Google Reader ever go down or lock you out. All you have to is regularly export and save your subscriptions in OPML format . With your OPML file on hand, you can start up a new, identical Google Reader account or import your feeds to virtually any other RSS reader on the market.

The whole point of this post is not really that Google is evil and out to get you , but rather that information error is a good thing, and online and offline access to your information is also a pretty good thing. Google's Windows/Linux-only photo application Picasa integrated with Google's Picasa Web Albums a while back, which allows online backups of your pictures a one-click breeze from Picasa.
