Free Roam in Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City
From the gameplay trailers that I saw, it seems like the game is built with free roam environment. One can go in any part of the city like in Grand Theft Auto series. Is it true, anyone who has completed the game or has reached till a middle part of main campaign?

No, the gameplay isn’t based on free roam type of play. The missions and its environment are linear. Yes, once you have completed a mission you can comeback in that area for free roam. You can’t go in another area directly. But you can freely roam in that same area for any desired amount of time and kill as many zombies as you want.
