Error 678 when connecting to the Internet

Error 678 when connecting to the Internet
When I connect to the internet, I get error 678. If I turn firewall, then everything is fine. But to live without a firewall is not an option what may be the problem?

What is your Firewall? change your firewall and then try !!

Check all your settings and set them to state. Or otherwise completely remove and reinstall it.
