Dungeon Defenders crashes everytime i switch to Tavern
So that's the problem over here, I have noticed that everytime a mission is over and if I try and think about going to the tavern the game crashes suddenly. This is the phase that causes me a lot of problem and doesn’t gets me out of it. So I am asking you whether you all can help me out of the said problem. If you all can do then it would be much better for me that’s what I feel here.

So I just want to know if there is anyone who has got the said problem and if there is anyone then please tell me about the same that would be much better for me, that’s what I can say here. Waiting for the necessary replies from you all on the same that’s what I am saying here.

The main culprit is the DunDefGame.exe it is DunDefGame.exe file that is not working and hence you are getting that kind of problem. Even I am having the same problem and on checking it out with the processes I realized that it was the DunDefGame.exe that has stopped working, god knows when I can get out of it.

Three simple solutions for you and so what you should be doing is that update the game, check out for the integrity of the game cache and also use steam if you are still facing the said problem. So that’s what I want to say you all, I hope you did get the necessary information about the said problem, that’s it from my side for you all.

The game has some good works in it and yes absolutely works great for sure, no problems with me at all with the game this is what I want to say here.

Dude I have tried the said solution and that has not worked for me at all, that’s what I want to say here, I have verified the game cache atleast 10 times before posting this thread. The game is updated now whats the problem I have installed the latest patch that has come version 7.05 then what else should I do?

Dude stop giving such kind of solutions anymore as I feel that is not worthy at all, anyways if you all have something else to say then please do feel and free to talk over here.

Send the dump files and also the crash report to the developers of this game to get more insight of this problem. Yes initially I would say that the game has had lots of problems and hence I would say that it is better to consult the developers of this game about the same and then address it accordingly that’s what you should be doing for sure, so hope you all did understand what I am saying here, that’s it from my side for you all.

See the solutions that we provide here are some of the basic steps that we expect it should work out with you and if you had tried the said solution earlier only then who will say about that?

My game is not creating any crash dump files at all so I cant say anything about the same right now, so which file to send now?

I was expecting the game would be fixed out in this patch still the game has not been fixed don’t know what to do? The game looks interesting but the frequent crashes and all has made the game not worth looking at.

Atleast try sending a log file even that will do for sure. So the developers should have a look at the said problem with the help of the log file that’s what I am saying here. So why don’t you give a try for the said solution that I have given here and let me know what difference does it make there? Do let me know about the same as soon as possible that’s what I can say here.

Can you help me in as if where will I get the log file base for the game then that would be better for me. So do reply on what do you all think where will I find the log file database for the game and are you all sure sending the log file base will give them idea of what exactly has happened with the game? If yes then I am going ahead with the said solution that’s what I can say here.

Anyways first do help me know where will I find the log files for this game first.

You will get the log files in the following location
Program Files(x86) > Steam > SteamApps > common > Dungeon Defenders > UDKGame > Logs.
One small reminder you have to keep in mind while launching the game is that ensure that you have to go to the configure and in the command box enter the following command ‘-dowritelog’. That’s what you should be doing.

Ok thanks for the notification that you gave here I will make sure that I will make the necessary changes that you have suggested me here.

Lets see if the suggested logs does make any change in the game.
