i am having mac book pro i am looking for video from youtube to download but dont know how its my new mac and i dont have much knowledge about it as i am windows user so please provide me application that will help me to download youtube video.

You can download with Safari, it is easy way to download YouTube videos. Open the page with the movie and press Command-Option-A,for youtube page click on show details .You can see file with size is over MB . Double-click on it now Safari will download it. remember after download add extension .flv to that file name. Now you can play that video.

there is lots of application available to download youtube video like i use Xilisoft which is great and easy to use see this for more options How to download videos from youtube?

there is online web site option available to download youtube videos onto macbook pro you will need no any extra software rather than web browser to download video just copy paste share link of video to downloading site such as keepvid.com or downloadyoutubevideos.com and get your video in your required format like .flv or mp4.
