Does the speed of the Internet depends on OS ? Why do Win XP speed more than Win Me?
I'm on the computer is two Windows, Me and XP.
Name modem Genius GM56PCI-L Modem.
I am sitting in Ineta service a call.
When sitting in Windows ME connection speed is always 33600,
And in Windows XP constant speed 52000, Why is it so?
And you can Set to Me speed was the same as in XP?

I personally Me in FlashGet average speed of downloading 3.5 kb / s, and XP 4.5/5.0 kb / s
