Symbian smartphone: DLC is not there in Alan Wake copy

DLC is not there in Alan Wake copy
Hello friends, I have purchased the Alan Wake copy from online store past 8 months, it was been sealed pack. Last night have opened and founded that the voucher code is been missing from the copy. So wanted to know that will I be able to get the code if I try to get it at present? What should I do, I know I have open the box very late. Please help me. Thank you.

I would suggest that you send the copy of the receipt (digital copy of the receipt of the game which you have received in email or the printed copy, if you have taken from local shop) and send this to the community of remedy games then technical team will provide you a new code for the game, by which you will be able to get the DLC back on to the game.

I would suggest that you better check the XBOX Live of your country is been official supported or not? If it is not been supported then there is no use of send the mail to the developers, so you better check it for you and send the copy of receipt to remedy gamers. I am saying it because I have heard that the DLC is not been added in every retail edition, so you better check it.

I was having the problem of the DLC with this game and also send an email to the Remedy gamers, just waiting for the reply of them, I thinking that they were read the mails which they are getting it or it is just to ensure the user will get help. If there is any solution then why they not providing with it, very much frustrated with it and cannot play the game without DLC.
