1. To YouTube, the non-exclusive, transferable (including rights to sublicense), without financial compensation and for the world to use, reproduce, distribute, perform and execute in Contributions part of the supply of services or in connection with the provision of the Website and YouTube's activity and to create derivative works, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all the Website (and derivative works that result) in any format and in any media;
2. each user of the website non-exclusive, transferable, and no financial consideration for the world to access your contributions via the Website and to use, reproduce, distribute, perform, perform the assessment or create derivative works to the extent permitted by the functionality of the Website and these Terms.

If Mr everybody who puts his video on YouTube then assigns the rights to use YouTube (copyright still in his possession). Now, if on YouTube, the general conditions define, a user grants on YouTube to view the video so other sites by the applicant on YouTube you're quite right to use the code provided by YouTube. YouTube Video Download Is Legal or not?

The way to ensure that your video doesn't infringe someone else's copyright is to use your skills and imagination to create something completely original. It could be as simple as taping some of your friends goofing around, and as complicated as filming your own short movie with a script, actors, and the whole works. If it's all yours, you never have to worry about the copyright—you own it! Make sure to follow the other guidelines in the terms of use, too.
