cannot load gmail in Google chrome
hi all.. please help me..
my problem is that i cannot load my gmail webpage each time i try to access it using chrome. The address bar turns gold and a sign of a lock appears, probably suggesting that the site is encrypted. Now what steps should i take to reverse this ?

Try with the main URL: https://mail.google.com/ then try with http instead of https.

when i enter the url you suggested i get this message.. This webpage has a redirect loop.

has resulted in too many redirects. Clearing your cookies for this site may fix the problem. If not, it is possibly a server configuration issue and not a problem with your computer.
