Getting error “Not Connected" in Bunch of Heroes
Hello friends I have recently installed Bunch of Heroes game in my computer and after installing this game when I tried to play this game with my friends at that time I get Not connected error. is there any way to fix this problem.

I have referred your problem and first I you have to check that whether you are able to play other games online or not. if you are not able to play other games online then there may be some wrong setting in your computer and if you are facing this problem with Bunch of Heroes game then problem is with game only.

try to play Bunch of Heroes game with your frind by connecting different router and after that check whether you are able to establish the connection or not. if you are able to establish the connection with different router then problem is with your router only

but if you are facing the same problem with another router then problem with your computer and setting and you have to first check the setting.

according to me there might be your antivirus software or firewall is blocking connection and that is why I will first suggest you to disable your antivirus software and after disabling the antivirus you have to open Bunch of Heroes game and then try to play the game online and check whether you are getting same problem or not. if you are able to play the game online after disabling the antivirus it means problem is with your antivirus and you have to change the setting.

if after disabling the antivirus also if you are getting the same problem then I think you are behind restricted router which is not allowing you to establish the connection. in this case you should try to solve this problem by redirecting the UDP ports directly.

try above tricks and after that let me know whether you are able to play Bunch of Heroes game with your friends or not.

Have you tried to fix this issue by turning on the UPnP in your router? if you have not tried this solution then you have to first you have to enable the UPnP in your router and after enabling that check whether it makes any difference or not.

if you don’t know about how to enable the UPnP for your router then you have to follow this steps.
First you have to open your web browser.
after that you have to put 192.168.1.1 and then press enter.
after that you have to you have to enter username and password.
you will get the username and password in your router documentation
now after that you have to select the advance tab
after that you have to enable the UPnP

try this solution and then try to play Bunch of Heroes game online.

I was having the same problem while playing the game online and after I have tried different tricks to solve this issue and then also I was not able to solve this problem and after that I have solve this problem by changing the ip from static to dynamic and after doing that my problem get solved. I think you should also try this solution and after that check whether it makes any difference or not.

If the problem is coming with Bunch of Heroes game only then you have to first uninstall the Bunch of Heroes game from your computer and after uninstalling the game to restart the computer and after restarting the computer you have to install the game again. now after reinstalling the Bunch of Heroes game you have to try to play the game online again and then check whether you are able to play game with your friend or not.

As far as I know after reinstalling Bunch of Heroes game your problem will get solved.

I have first checked my antivirus and firewall setting and after disabling the the antivirus and firewall also I was getting the same problem and after that I have enable the UPnP and after enabling the UPnP when I have tried to play the game online at that time I didn’t get any problem.
